the Comprehensive Inventory of Basic Skills II (CIBS II) Mathematics and ELA includes assessment items intended for Special Education students.  This version allows for tracking skill mastery, informing instruction and setting goals over time.  Special Education Teachers will use this to accurately establish baseline skills, allowing the writing of goals and objectives with greater fidelity.
